The frequency of sessions depends on your unique needs and preferences. We can work together to determine what feels most supportive for you. Most clients start with weekly or bi-weekly sessions to build momentum, and then transition to monthly or occasional sessions for continued support or exploration.

Unfortunately, there’s no one-size-fits-all answer to how long therapy will take, as everyone’s journey is unique. The length of therapy depends on factors like your personal goals, the concerns you’re addressing, and your readiness for change. These factors may evolve as we work together. Some clients see change in a few months, while others benefit from longer-term support. We’ll regularly assess your needs and adjust our approach to ensure therapy is helping you achieve your goals.

I am covered by most insurance companies under Registered Social Worker. However, I encourage clients to contact their insurance providers directly to confirm whether these services are covered, as well as to clarify any coverage details, such as co-pays or out-of-pocket costs.

Unfortunately, I do not offer direct billing. However, I provide a receipt after each session that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your coverage for services with a Registered Social Worker.

I'm collaborative & relational - I ask a lot of questions, offer insights along the way, and sit with you in the uncomfortable stuff. I believe you already hold a lot of the answers, and my job is to help you find them in a way that actually feels like you.
There's room for humour here too! What I care most about is that you feel safe enough to say the things you've never quite said out loud - the stuff that's been sitting there for a while. And in my experience, that's usually where things start to shift.

I speak English and conversational Korean. While I can understand most Korean, sessions are held in English - though I'm happy to mix both if that feels more comfortable for you.
